Return & Exchange Policy


Maggie Grace Boutique wants you to love your new items and will receive returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original delivery date. Returns must include the original invoice and the customer will receive an online credit. Exchanges are free. By purchasing from this site you agree to our policies. Qualifying Items:

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging condition.
  • Merchandise must be received unworn, unwashed, undamaged, all original tags must be attached.
  • Clearance items and Flash Sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Pre-order and customized items are FINAL SALE due to specific color and size options have been ordered for customer.
  • Scarves, boot socks and jewelry are FINAL SALE for health reasons.

 

If you receive an incorrect order or defective merchandise, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of order purchase.

In store credit will be issued for items returned. Please make sure it meets the above criteria. Please mail return merchandise back to:

Once your return is received, it will be processed within 3 business days. You will be issued a store credit and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
